Creates a public records exemption for information identifying women who have had or attempted to have an abortion, including photographs, names, social security numbers, financial account numbers, addresses, and phone numbers

Requires clerks of court and the Department of Health to automatically redact identifying information from court files and annual reports without requiring a request from the individual

Applies the exemption to criminal intelligence information, criminal investigative information, annual reports required under s. 390.25(7), and civil proceedings

Includes an automatic repeal date of October 2, 2016, under the Open Government Sunset Review Act unless the Legislature reenacts the exemption

Effective date of July 1, 2011
