Allows persons convicted of, pleading guilty or nolo contendere to, or adjudicated delinquent for specified traffic violations to apply to the Department of Law Enforcement for a certificate of eligibility to expunge or seal their criminal history record.

Eligible traffic violations include: crash involving vehicle or property damage (s. 316.061(1)), filing a false report (s. 316.067), failing to follow lawful police or fire department orders (s. 316.072(3)), reckless driving (s. 316.192(3)(c)1.), and driving with suspended, revoked, canceled, or disqualified license (s. 322.34(2)(a)).

Expungement or sealing procedures follow existing statutes s. 943.0585 or s. 943.059, Florida Statutes.
