Adds five new hallucinogenic substances to Florida's Schedule I controlled substances list: 3,4-methylenedioxymethcathinone, 3,4-methylenedioxypyrovalerone (MDPV), methylmethcathinone, methoxymethcathinone, fluoromethcathinone, and methylethcathinone.

Classifies violations involving the newly added substances under the same penalty structure as other Schedule I hallucinogens, making sale, manufacture, or delivery a third-degree felony and possession a third-degree felony.

Updates cross-references in Florida's drug trafficking and criminal punishment code statutes to incorporate the amendment to the controlled substances list.

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
