Replaces "instant message name" with "Internet identifier" throughout sexual offender and predator registration statutes, defined as all electronic mail, chat, instant messenger, and social networking names used for Internet communication.

Requires sexual predators and offenders to disclose passport information and immigration status documents during registration and updates.

Mandates sexual predators and offenders unable to update driver's licenses with the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to report residence or name changes to the sheriff's office within 48 hours with confirmation of reporting to the motor vehicles department.

Requires sexual predators planning to leave the United States for 7 days or more to notify the sheriff within 21 days before departure; extends similar requirements to sexual offenders.

Requires state agencies and governmental subdivisions to conduct national searches through the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website before appointing or employing persons at locations where children regularly congregate.
