Exempts sales of energy-efficient products from Florida sales tax during a 4-day period beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the first Thursday in October each year

Defines "energy-efficient products" as dishwashers, clothes washers, air conditioners, ceiling fans, fluorescent light bulbs, dehumidifiers, programmable thermostats, refrigerators, doors, or windows that meet or exceed EPA and Department of Energy Energy Star Program requirements

Limits exemption to products priced at $1,500 or less purchased for noncommercial home or personal use

Excludes rentals, trade and business purchases, resale items, and sales in theme parks, entertainment complexes, public lodging establishments, and airports from the exemption

Appropriates an unspecified amount (shown as $XXX,XXX) from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Revenue for administration and authorizes the department to adopt rules; effective July 1, 2011
