Deletes supervision requirements for advanced registered nurse practitioners and physician assistants at medical offices other than a physician's primary practice location.

Removes restrictions on the number of additional offices physicians and osteopathic physicians may supervise (primary care providers previously limited to 4 offices; specialty care providers to 2 offices).

Eliminates geographic distance requirements that secondary offices be within 25 miles of the primary practice location or in contiguous counties.

Removes patient notification and consent requirements for referrals, including disclosure of practitioner license types and patient choice of provider forms.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
