Transfers and renumbers section 215.44(8) as new section 215.440, establishing public-record exemptions for State Board of Administration records relating to real estate investments, general investments, and alternative investments.

Specifies that proprietary confidential business information does not include items such as investment vehicle names and addresses, dollar amounts of commitments and contributions, cash distributions, returns, management fees, and descriptions of compensation paid to solicit investments.

Requires the State Board of Administration to maintain a written list and description of records covered by verified written declarations claiming proprietary confidential business information protection.

Removes the scheduled repeal of these exemptions that was set for October 2, 2011 under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Updates cross-references in section 215.47(15) to reflect the renumbering of the exemption provisions to section 215.440, effective October 1, 2011.
