Honors the 2010-2011 Lincoln High School Varsity Cheerleading team for winning the state championship in their division under head coach Kathy Tyree and assistant coach Chika Ofuani.

Recognizes the team as the first cheerleading team in Lincoln High School history and in Leon County to win a state championship.

Notes that team members maintained an average GPA equivalent to "A" and served as role models in academics and athletics.

Recognizes the team's competition wins: first place in the FHSAA Region 1 Competition in Crestview (December 11, 2010), first place in the American Championships State Cheer and Dance Competition in Daytona Beach (January 15, 2011), and first place in the FHSAA State Cheerleading Finals in Kissimmee (February 5, 2011).

Directs presentation of a copy of the resolution with the Senate Seal to head coach Kathy Tyree as recognition of the team's achievements.
