Honors the 2010 Lincoln "Trojans" High School Football Team for winning the Florida High School Athletic Association Class 4A State Championship on December 18, 2010, at the Florida Citrus Bowl with a 17-14 victory over nationally ranked Armwood High School.

Recognizes the team's 11-4 season record and designation as a Nike "Elite" football program, the only such program in North Florida.

Acknowledges Head Coach Yusuf Shakir's leadership and the team's demonstration of skill, dedication, sportsmanship, and competitiveness throughout the season.

Notes this is the third Florida High School Athletic Association State Championship for Lincoln High School, with previous titles won in 1999 and 2001.

Directs the Florida Senate to present an official copy of the resolution with the Senate Seal to the team as recognition of their accomplishments and contributions to student athletics and the community.
