Repeals section 16.61, Florida Statutes, eliminating the Cybercrime Office within the Department of Legal Affairs.

Limits basic recruit training for state correctional officers and correctional officers employed by private entities under chapter 957 to 360 hours, unless otherwise exempt.

Repeals provisions relating to the basic training program for youthful offenders within the Department of Corrections (sections 951.231(1)(c) and 958.045).

Transfers all powers, duties, functions, records, personnel, property, and unexpended appropriations of the Cybercrime Office from the Department of Legal Affairs to the Department of Law Enforcement through a type two transfer.

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
