Ratifies Rule 64B15-14.0054, Florida Administrative Code, establishing maximum number of prescriptions in registered pain-management clinics for the Board of Osteopathic Medicine.

Ratification is for the sole purpose of satisfying effectiveness conditions under section 120.541(3), Florida Statutes, for rules with potential adverse impact or excessive regulatory cost.

Specifies that this act does not alter rulemaking authority, constitute legislative preemption, cure rulemaking defects, or preempt legal challenges to the cited rules.

Takes effect upon becoming law and will not be codified in the Florida Statutes.
