• Designates a portion of U.S. Highway 19/27A/98/State Road 55 between the Suwannee River Bridge and N.E. 592nd Street in Dixie County as "SP4 Thomas Berry Corbin Memorial Highway."

• Designates a portion of U.S. Highway 19/98/State Road 55 between N.E. 592nd Street and N.E. 170th Street in Dixie County as "U.S. Navy BMC Samuel Calhoun Chavous, Jr. Memorial Highway."

• Designates portions of roads in Levy County as memorial highways for Marine Lance Corporal Brian R. Buesing, United States Army Sergeant Karl A. Campbell, and U.S. Army SPC James A. Page.

• Designates a portion of State Road 44 between U.S. Highway 441 and State Road 44/East Orange Avenue in Lake County as "Captain Jim Reynolds, Jr., USAF 'Malibu' Road."

• Directs the Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers for all designated memorial highways and roads, effective July 1, 2012.
