Allocates a portion of Powerball net revenues, as determined annually by the Legislature, to enhance voluntary pre-kindergarten education programs.

Distributes pre-kindergarten funds equally to each voluntary pre-kindergarten education program based on student enrollment.

Restricts pre-kindergarten funds to direct classroom expenditures only and prohibits use for administrative costs.

Renumbers existing statutory paragraphs in section 24.121, Florida Statutes, to accommodate the new pre-kindergarten funding provision.

Takes effect October 1, 2012.
