Prohibits jurors from requesting, accepting, or discussing monetary benefits, compensation, or licensing fees for their likeness or photograph in exchange for jury-related information before, during, or within 270 days after jury discharge.

Prohibits any person or organization from offering, promising, or discussing payment of monetary benefits, compensation, or licensing fees to jurors for obtaining jury-related information within the same timeframe.

Establishes violations as a felony of the third degree, punishable under Florida Statute 775.082 or by a fine of $10,000 per violation, or both.

Effective date is July 1, 2012.
