Creates a new career high school diploma track beginning with students entering grade 9 in 2012-2013, requiring 24 minimum credits including 7 credits in career or technical training, with student and parent written agreement required.

Modifies middle grades promotion requirements to require that the career and education planning course must include career exploration aligned to Florida's Career Clusters.

Requires students pursuing a career diploma to complete at least one course online and establishes specific credit requirements in core subjects (4 English, 4 math including Algebra I and geometry, 3 science with labs, 3 social studies).

Provides test accommodations and allows waiver of FCAT requirements for students with disabilities who meet career diploma credit and course requirements after two opportunities in 10th and 11th grade.

Requires district school boards to establish graduation standards and support policies for career diploma students, including grade forgiveness policies and a minimum 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale, with certificate of completion awarded to those completing credits but unable to meet all standards.
