Creates Florida Statutes section 73.025 to establish a 5-year deadline for entities with eminent domain power to file a condemnation petition after an administrative determination to acquire private property

If a condemnation petition is not filed within the initial 5-year period, the entity is barred from pursuing condemnation for an additional 5 years

Applies to any entity authorized to exercise eminent domain power for public use acquisitions

Takes effect July 1, 2012
