Amends Florida Statutes section 723.059 to clarify mobile home park owners' authority to increase rental amounts after an assumed rental agreement expires.

Removes the requirement that purchasers of mobile homes rely on the original prospectus or offering circular terms and conditions.

Allows mobile home park owners to require purchasers to enter into a new tenancy under a new rental agreement and prospectus upon expiration of an assumed rental agreement, provided the new agreement and prospectus are delivered to the purchaser before occupancy.

Permits rental increases deemed appropriate by the mobile home park owner when a new tenancy begins, as long as the increase is disclosed to the purchaser before occupancy.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
