Creates the Household Pharmaceuticals Collection and Disposal Trust Fund within the Department of Environmental Protection, to be administered by the Secretary of Environmental Protection or designee

Trust fund receives revenue from fees imposed under section 938.16 and serves as a depository for funds supporting the household pharmaceuticals collection and disposal grant program established in section 403.745

Annual balances remaining in the trust fund at the end of each fiscal year shall carry forward and remain available for the trust fund's purposes

Trust fund is scheduled for termination on July 1, 2016, unless terminated sooner, and must be reviewed according to section 215.3206 before its scheduled termination date

Effective date is contingent on House Bill 333 or similar legislation being adopted in the same legislative session and becoming law
