Requires licensed electrologists performing laser or light-based hair removal to practice under a protocol with a physician licensed under chapters 458 or 459.

Changes supervision requirement from "direct supervision" to "indirect supervision" for non-physician electrologists, allowing the supervising physician to be offsite rather than on premises.

Removes requirement that supervising physicians be physically onsite when laser or light-based hair removal services are performed.

Effective upon becoming law.
