Authorizes licensed recreational vehicle dealers to apply for certificates of title to recreational vehicles required to be registered under Florida law using a manufacturer's statement of origin.

Limits title authority to dealers who have a manufacturer/dealer agreement on file with the department for the specific line-make of recreational vehicle.

Requires dealers to be authorized by their manufacturer agreement to perform delivery, preparation obligations, and warranty defect adjustments for the applicable line-make.

Prohibits recreational vehicle dealers from purchasing motor vehicles for resale unless separately licensed as a motor vehicle dealer.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
