Deletes the prohibition on reporting students coenrolled in K-12 education programs and adult education programs for funding purposes.

Allows students coenrolled in core program areas for credit recovery or dropout prevention to be reported for funding for up to two courses per student.

Exempts students coenrolled in adult education core program areas from paying block tuition for adult general education programs under s. 1009.22(3)(c).

Maintains existing funding provisions for high school students dually enrolled in workforce education programs through Florida College System institutions or school district career centers.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
