Requires persons convicted of a second or subsequent video voyeurism violation involving minors to register as a sexual offender and designates them as sexual predators if they have prior qualifying convictions.

Establishes that when multiple children are involved in a single violation of child sexual performance provisions, each child constitutes a separate offense for sentencing purposes.

Increases the felony classification of certain video voyeurism offenses involving minors from third degree to second degree, with first-offense minors handled under enhanced penalties and second or subsequent offenses classified as second-degree felonies.

Expands the definition of "sexual offender" in multiple statutes to include persons convicted of video voyeurism violations under section 810.145(8), requiring registration and notification requirements.

Ranks section 810.145(8)(b) violations (video voyeurism involving minor victims; second or subsequent offense) as second-degree felonies in the Criminal Punishment Code offense severity ranking chart; effective October 1, 2012.
