Defines "qualified charity" as any entity described in 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3) for purposes of Florida's Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act.

Reduces the statute of limitations for fraudulent transfer lawsuits involving charitable contributions made to qualified charities from 4 years to 2 years.

Applies the shortened 2-year limitation period only when the charitable contribution was made to a qualified charity and accepted by that charity in good faith.

Takes effect upon becoming law and applies retroactively to any charitable contribution made on or after the effective date.
