Creates section 551.303 of Florida Statutes establishing public records exemptions for the State Gaming Commission regarding trade secrets and proprietary confidential business information from license applicants and licensees.

Exempts trade secrets, proprietary confidential business information (including business plans, internal audits, and external auditor reports), federal employer identification numbers, and unemployment compensation account numbers from public disclosure requirements.

Exempts information revealing State Gaming Commission investigation techniques and procedures used to evaluate regulatory compliance, but allows disclosure to other governmental entities with oversight, regulatory, or law enforcement authority.

Establishes a second-degree misdemeanor penalty for State Gaming Commission employees who violate the confidentiality provisions.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act with automatic repeal on October 2, 2017, unless reenacted by the Legislature; requires two-thirds vote in both houses and contingent effectiveness on enactment of HB 487 or similar legislation.
