Limits attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and similar expenses to a maximum of 25 percent of the $608,554.78 award.

Combined payment from the hospital ($200,000 plus $608,554.78) constitutes sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from Janet Pandrea's death.
