Exempts identifying information of donors and prospective donors to the direct-support organization of the Florida Historic Capitol and Legislative Research Center and Museum from public records requirements if the donor wishes to remain anonymous.

Requires anonymity of such donors to be maintained in any auditor's reports created pursuant to annual financial audits.

States that protecting donor anonymity is necessary to encourage private fundraising and donations by preventing concerns about identity theft, personal safety, and disclosure of personal information.

Makes this exemption subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act, with the exemption scheduled to repeal on October 2, 2017 unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
