• Establishes the electronic version of the Florida Administrative Code as the official compilation of administrative rules, with the Department of State no longer required to publish a printed version but may contract with a publishing firm for printed publication.

• Renames the "Florida Administrative Weekly" as the "Florida Administrative Register" and requires continuous revision and publication on an Internet website managed by the Department of State instead of weekly publication.

• Allows adopted rules and material incorporated by reference to be filed in electronic form, with hyperlinks from rules directly to that electronically filed material.

• Eliminates the requirement for the Department of State to provide printed copies of the Florida Administrative Register to federal and state courts, libraries, and legislative entities.
