Declares goods grown, manufactured, or made in Florida and services performed in Florida are not subject to federal congressional authority to regulate interstate commerce.

Makes it a third-degree felony for federal officials, agents, or employees to attempt to enforce federal laws, rules, or regulations in violation of this act.

Makes it a third-degree felony for state officials, agents, or employees to attempt to enforce federal laws, rules, or regulations in violation of this act.

Applies to goods and services produced, retained, or performed in Florida on or after July 1, 2012.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
