Amends Florida public records law to include dates of birth as exempt personal identifying information for specified agency personnel (law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, etc.) and their spouses and children.

Defines "telephone numbers" to explicitly include home telephone numbers, personal cellular telephone numbers, personal pager numbers, and telephone numbers associated with personal communications devices.

Extends public records exemptions for identifying and location information to cover former justices of the Supreme Court, district court of appeal judges, circuit court judges, and county court judges, plus their spouses and children (previously exemption applied only to current justices and judges).

Provides retroactive application of exemptions to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date.

Establishes sunset review date of October 2, 2017, requiring legislative reenactment to maintain exemptions; takes effect October 1, 2012.
