Authorizes the Pasco County School Board to appropriate and pay $675,000 to Marcus Button to compensate for injuries sustained in a September 22, 2006 school bus accident caused by school bus driver negligence.

Compensates for medical judgment of $875,000 reduced by comparative negligence findings (school board 65% liable, driver Jessica Juettner 20% liable, Marcus Button 10% liable), with the school board having already paid the statutory $200,000 limit.

Requires Marcus Button's injuries including facial and skull fractures, brain damage, vision loss, and projected lifetime care costs between $6 million and $10 million to be the sole compensation for all present and future claims arising from the accident.

Caps attorney's fees, lobbying fees, costs, and other similar expenses at 25 percent of the $675,000 award.
