Directs the Agency for Health Care Administration to implement telebehavioral health services as an optional Medicaid service for community behavioral health care, excluding services requiring physical contact.

Restricts delivery of telebehavioral health services to individuals licensed under chapter 491 who provide services from within Florida.

Requires the agency to seek Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services authorization to permit delivery of telebehavioral health services by any currently authorized provider.

Defines "telebehavioral health services" as the use of electronic information and telecommunications technologies to provide behavioral health services.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
