Authorizes the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering to issue slot machine gaming licenses to qualified pari-mutuel facilities in Palm Beach County that conducted live racing for 2 consecutive calendar years before application.

Slot machine gaming cannot begin before July 7, 2015, and licensees must comply with Chapter 551 Florida Statutes regarding machine limits, operating hours, and fees.

Licensed facilities must pay applicable license fees, taxes on slot machine revenues, and compulsive gaming prevention program fees, with tax revenue deposited in the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund.

Licenses may be renewed annually and transferred to any entity owning and qualifying under Chapters 550 and 551 Florida Statutes.

Bill takes effect only upon approval by majority vote in a referendum held by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners.
