Adds new subsection (4) to s. 409.814 allowing children eligible for state-sponsored health benefit plans through employed family members to enroll in the subsidized Florida Kidcare program if they meet other eligibility requirements.

Removes prior exclusion that prevented children eligible for state health benefit plans from receiving Title XXI-funded premium assistance, allowing them access to subsidized Kidcare coverage.

Renumbers existing subsections (4) through (9) in s. 409.814 to become subsections (5) through (10) to accommodate the new eligibility provision.

Updates cross-references in s. 409.8132 and s. 409.816 to reflect the renumbered subsections.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
