Adds licensed psychologists (Chapter 490) to the list of health care providers protected by a 12-month limitations period for health insurer overpayment claims under sections 627.6131 and 641.3155, Florida Statutes

Allows health insurers and health maintenance organizations to pursue overpayment claims against psychologists only within 12 months of payment, except for claims involving fraud convictions under section 817.234

Establishes a 12-month limitations period for psychologists to submit underpayment claims to health insurers or health maintenance organizations

Adds psychologists to the list of health care providers eligible to receive direct payment for medical services when an insured specifically authorizes such payment under section 627.638
