Requires each charter school to maintain an Internet website providing information about the school, its personnel, and its programs accessible to parents and the public.

Mandates a clearly visible link near the top of the website through which visitors can access information about any agency that owns or manages the school.

Requires disclosure of whether the managing agency is a nonprofit or for-profit entity.

Requires the website to display the names of all governing officers and administrative personnel of any agency that owns or manages the school, along with any fees the school pays to that agency.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
