Implements two consecutive term limits for Port Commissioners elected in or after 2012 general election

Allows electronic posting of notices instead of newspaper publication for land sales and certain Port Authority announcements

Repeals prior versions (chapters 2003-335, 2004-472, 2005-320, 2008-288, and 2011-258) and grants Port Authority power to apply for grants from state and federal agencies
