Amends sections 741.30 and 784.046, Florida Statutes to create public records exemptions for personal identifying and location information of victims of domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, and dating violence.

Exemption applies to information held by court clerks and law enforcement agencies in connection with an automated notification system developed by the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers that allows petitioners to request notification of injunction service.

Exemption is conditional upon written request by the petitioner and covers home/employment phone numbers, cellular phone numbers, home/employment addresses, email addresses, and other electronic identification means for 5 years from the date of the written request.

State and federal agencies authorized by law to access such documents shall be granted access in furtherance of their statutory duties notwithstanding the exemption.

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2017, unless reenacted by the Legislature; bill takes effect October 1, 2012.
