Increases the weight threshold for aircraft repair and maintenance labor charges exempt from sales tax from 2,000 pounds to 15,000 pounds maximum certified takeoff weight for fixed-wing aircraft.

Increases the weight threshold for rotary wing aircraft labor charge exemptions from 10,000 pounds to 10,300 pounds maximum certified takeoff weight.

Increases the weight threshold for exempt replacement engines, parts, and equipment used in aircraft repair and maintenance from 2,000 pounds to 15,000 pounds for fixed-wing aircraft.

Increases the weight threshold for exempt rotary wing aircraft parts and equipment from 10,000 pounds to 10,300 pounds maximum certified takeoff weight.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
