• Opposes the employer mandate to provide health insurance, arguing it raises hiring costs and harms economic recovery during high unemployment.

• Challenges federal regulations (77 Fed. Reg. 8,725, Feb. 15, 2012) requiring all health insurers to cover certain services without deductibles or copayments that violate the religious beliefs and practices of some faiths and organizations.
