Authorizes the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to pay the difference between rebate amounts authorized by the Solar Energy System Incentives Program and amounts previously paid to eligible applicants under prior law.

Department shall determine payment amounts to eligible applicants without requiring a supplemental application process.

Appropriates $26 million in nonrecurring General Revenue Fund dollars for fiscal year 2012-2013 to implement this rebate program.

Makes it theft under Florida law for an applicant to obtain additional rebate funds by submitting information known to be false, with penalties as provided in s. 812.014, Florida Statutes.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
