Motor vehicle registration and renewal forms must include optional $1 per applicant contributions to Autism Services and Supports (transferred monthly to Achievement and Rehabilitation Centers, Inc.) and Support Our Troops, Inc.

Driver license and identification card application forms must include optional $1 per applicant contributions to Autism Services and Supports and Support Our Troops, in addition to 15 existing charitable contribution options.

Contributions from registration, driver license, and identification card forms are excluded from revenue calculations for service charge purposes under Florida Statute 215.20.

All voluntary contributions are processed monthly or quarterly and distributed to specified nonprofit organizations and state trust funds.

The act takes effect July 1, 2012.
