Defines the extended territory as the portion of Atlantic Ocean between the mean low water mark and the three-mile state boundary limit, with specific legal descriptions referencing Hollywood Central Beach plat records and municipal code boundaries.

The expanded boundaries are described by a series of directional lines beginning at the intersection of Lots 71 and 72 of Block 172 and proceeding easterly, southerly, westerly, and northerly to form a closed perimeter.
