Amends Florida Statutes section 561.29 to revise grounds for license revocation or suspension related to failure to maintain licensed premises as required by the Beverage Law

Requires licensees to notify the division in writing within 45 days after a license becomes inactive and to place the physical license with the division for inactive status

Permits licensees to apply for reactivation of an inactive license within 12 months after placement in inactive status

Allows the division to grant extensions for licenses remaining inactive longer than 12 months when licensees demonstrate specific circumstances such as attempting to sell the license, pending corporate approval, pending governmental approvals, or physical destruction of premises through no fault of the licensee

Takes effect upon becoming law
