Requires employers with 15 or more employees to provide up to 15 days of unpaid annual leave to Florida Wing Civil Air Patrol members for missions or training.

Prohibits employers from discharging, reprimanding, or penalizing Civil Air Patrol members because of absence for service or training.

Guarantees returning members retain their pre-service seniority and any additional seniority they would have earned, with protection against discharge for 1 year except for cause.

Allows civil action for violations with damages of actual losses or $500 (whichever is greater) plus reasonable attorney fees and court costs, requiring wing commander certification of probable cause.

Effective July 1, 2012.
