Proposes an amendment to Section 3 of Article I of the Florida State Constitution to align with the First Amendment's religious freedom protections.

Removes the phrase "The legislature" and replaces it with "There shall" to restructure the religious freedom provision.

Eliminates the existing prohibition against using state revenues directly or indirectly to aid churches, sects, religious denominations, or sectarian institutions.

Adds new language prohibiting denial of governmental benefits, funding, or other support to individuals or entities based on religious identity or belief, except as required by the U.S. First Amendment.

Requires submission of the proposed amendment to Florida voters for approval or rejection at the next general election or an earlier special election authorized by law.
