Amends section 1012.81, Florida Statutes to specify which employee records at Florida College System institutions constitute limited-access (confidential) records.

Limited-access records include academic performance evaluations, investigation records, disciplinary proceeding records, and grievance proceeding records, accessible only to the employee and responsible officials.

Investigation records become public after the investigation ceases to be active or when the institution notifies the employee of the investigation conclusion, with investigations presumed inactive if no finding is made within 90 days.

Disciplinary and grievance records become public after a final decision is made in the proceeding.

Restricts release of limited-access employee records to written authorization from the employee or president, or by court order, except as needed for the president's official duties; effective July 1, 2012.
