Exempts email addresses and physical addresses provided by non-offenders requesting access to Florida's sexual predator and offender notification system from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statutes section 119.07(1) and the Florida Constitution Article I, section 24(a).

Applies the exemption retroactively to addresses held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date of the exemption.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and requires legislative reenactment by October 2, 2017, or the exemption will automatically repeal.

Establishes public necessity finding that protecting requestor addresses encourages broader public participation in the Department of Law Enforcement's sexual predator notification system by preventing potential misuse of disclosed information for criminal purposes.

Effective date: July 1, 2012.
