Prohibits adults from knowingly distributing, positioning, or situating material harmful to minors on school property with intent to corrupt minors.

Defines "school property" as grounds or facilities of kindergarten through postsecondary schools, both public and nonpublic, including career centers.

Material harmful to minors includes visual depictions (pictures, photographs, films, videos) depicting nudity or sexual conduct, and printed or audio materials with explicit sexual descriptions.

Violators commit a felony of the third degree, punishable under Florida Statutes sections 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084.

Effective date is October 1, 2012.
