Eliminates requirement for nonresident real estate broker and sales associate applicants to file irrevocable written consent for service of process with the Division of Real Estate director under section 475.180.

Removes irrevocable consent requirement for nonresident applicants for appraisal management company registration under section 475.6235, simplifying the registration process.

Eliminates irrevocable written consent requirement for nonresident appraiser and licensee applicants under section 475.631.

Retains requirements that resident licensees and appraisers notify the commission or board within 60 days if they become nonresidents and comply with applicable nonresident requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
