Amends s. 28.241, F.S. to redirect filing fee revenue from civil actions relating to real property or mortgage foreclosure from the State Courts Revenue Trust Fund to the General Revenue Fund.

For real property and mortgage foreclosure cases with claim value of $50,000 or less, increases General Revenue Fund allocation from $195 to $275 of the first $280 in filing fees, while reducing State Courts Revenue Trust Fund allocation accordingly.

For mortgage foreclosure cases with claim value more than $50,000 but less than $250,000, increases General Revenue Fund allocation to $780 of the first $785 in filing fees, while reducing State Courts Revenue Trust Fund allocation from $700 to $700.

For mortgage foreclosure cases with claim value of $250,000 or more, increases General Revenue Fund allocation to $1,010 of the first $1,785 in filing fees, while reducing State Courts Revenue Trust Fund allocation from $1,700 to $770.

Takes effect June 1, 2012.
